At Fidel Markato, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. If a purchased item does not meet your expectations, we offer a structured return and refund process to assist you.
Return requests may be submitted within thirty days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items promptly upon delivery.
Returned items must be in their original state at the time of return. This includes being unused, unworn, and unwashed. Products must be returned with their original packaging, labels, and any accessories or components that were included at the time of delivery.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a refund and could be returned to the customer.
To begin the return process, please sign in to your Fidel Markato account and access the “Your Orders” section. Select the relevant order and follow the provided steps to submit a return request. Instructions related to return handling and shipping will be shared after the request is reviewed.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered, Fidel Markato will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns requested for reasons other than product issues, such as preference changes or ordering errors, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Applicable costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements. After approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow three to five business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Certain items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or product nature considerations. These include gift cards, digital or downloadable products, personal care items, and customized or personalized orders. Such items are final unless received in an incorrect or damaged condition.
Direct exchanges are not currently supported. Customers who wish to receive a different size, color, or variation should return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
