Fidel Markato serves as a global marketplace, enabling sellers to market and ship their products within Ethiopia and internationally to Europe, North America (America), and Canada.

Our Mission: Our core mission is to empower and create young Habesha millionaires by providing them with a sustainable platform to sell their quality products globally with low start-up costs.

These Terms govern your access and use of the website and all services provided through it. By using our Habesha e-commerce platform or marketplace, you confirm your agreement to comply with these Terms.

2. User Registration and Account Security

To fully utilize the Fidel Markato Service, including purchasing items or becoming a verified seller, you must create a user account. You agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account password and login credentials.
• Liability: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Unauthorized sharing of your account is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
• Notification: Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Access, Use, and Prohibited Actions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes (buying) or for authorized commercial purposes (selling, if approved as a vendor).

Prohibited Actions Include:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Downloading, copying, or distributing any content (including digital products, images, or proprietary text) without express written permission from Fidel Markato or the respective intellectual property owner.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service.
• Engaging in any activity that harasses, abuses, or harms another person or group.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Return Policy

4.1 Payment Gateways and Pricing

We use trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal, for all transactions. All pricing is subject to change and may exclude applicable duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

4.2 Guaranteed Return Policy and Exceptions

General Guarantee: We are committed to customer satisfaction and guarantee returns for most physical products sold on the Platform.

Specific Exceptions (Non-Refundable):

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of the garments, custom Habesha dresses and similar custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable. The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete size measurements at the time of order.
• Seller Policies: For all other products, the specific return window, eligibility, and process are governed by the individual product policy and seller policy. Customers must review these policies prior to purchase.

Conditions for Eligible Returns: For any product eligible for return, the customer must ensure that the returned item and its original packaging meet the following mandatory conditions:

• The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be undamaged and intact.
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
• The return request must be initiated within the time frame specified in the Seller’s Policy.

5. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

Fidel Markato reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and your account, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or compromise community integrity. Upon termination, access to services and purchased digital items is revoked without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, text, graphics, images, digital media) is owned by Fidel Markato or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fidel Markato is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, technical interruptions, or vendor content errors.
